Mondo is an Italian word meaning world, earth, universe, or society. We conduct our business with mindfulness and duty towards our environment, our communities, and our Creator.

We are committed to creating a more responsible modest fashion market. That's why we focus on the use biodegradable and natural fabrics. We don’t do restocks, and we create every collection intentionally to limit thoughtless production.
Our Values
Mondo was created to provide women with unique, biodegradable and versatile modest clothing that compliments their wardrobe, not complicate it. We work to ensure prices are fair and reflect quality, craftsmanship, and material composition.
About Our Founder
Salam! I'm Lauren, and I’m the founder and director of Mondo the Label. I embraced Islam in 2016 and, in 2021, I had the honour of putting on the hijab.
Along my journey with modesty, I noticed a lack of elevated, well-tailored designs that were made from Earth-friendly fabrics – things that are important to me as a consumer and Muslim woman.
To help fill that gap in the market, I decided to take matters into my own hands, and that's when Mondo The Label was born. Our pieces are crafted using biodegradable fabrics and are made in partnership with award-winning tailors and manufacturers.
