ORDER PROCESSING

Please note all order processing times are delayed. Allow 7-14 business days for shipment confirmation. Customers will receive an email notification once the order(s) have been processed. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of shipment, not the date of order confirmation. A flat rate Standard Shipping fee of $10.00 CAD applies. This shipping rate is paid for by the customer, and includes order protection if your parcel happens to be lost, damaged or misplaced by the shipping service. Free shipping is available to Canadian customers when the order amount (before tax) is at or above $150.00 CAD.

USA SHIPPING

Passport Priority DDP Shipping is now in effect. DDP Shipping (also known as Delivery with Duties Paid) assumes all tax, tariff and duty charges to the customer at the time of purchase. Mondo The Label’s rates include shipping ($23.00 CAD) as well as Package Protection, and Tariffs and Duties. Tariff and Duty rates are determined by your country’s administrative regulations and enforced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Unfortunately, Mondo The Label does not have any control or influence over these rates and decisions. 

Orders shipped through Passport Priority DDP will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, not by the date of order confirmation. Please note that if your package is delayed, it may be the result of processing times at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, including possible random inspections, holiday closures, or other border-related factors beyond our control. By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international Standard Shipping at a rate of $30.00 to countries in the EU, UK, NZ and AUS, and select countries in Asia.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mondo The Label is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the importer (customer).
