Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Mondo The Label happily accepts returns and exchanges. You may exchange your items, or return your items for a refund, so long as the policies are respected and met, and the exchange/return is requested 10 days from the date of delivery

Items that will be accepted for returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, have all tags attached, and be in original packaging. Any signs of wear including stains, makeup and deodorant markings, scents, or clear signs of washing will not be accepted. 

Customers are strongly advised to review the sizing charts and place their orders accordingly. Further, customers are advised to adhere to the washing instructions mentioned on garment tags and reiterated on the thank-you card provided in the parcel bag. 

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item. Given that it meets the criteria for a refund, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. 

PLEASE NOTE: Return and exchange shipping fees are paid for by the customer. Mondo The Label's return labels are pre-paid.

For returns, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the original payment method, and customers will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item, minus the cost of shipping.

For exchanges, the customer will receive an invoice to pay the shipping label fees before being sent a new size or new item.

Items included in the End of Season Sale (20% off) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Customers are strongly advised to refer to the product specifications chart prior to ordering.

Faulty Items

If you suspect an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please e-mail us at info@mondothelabel.com within 3 days of receiving your item. We'll do our best to understand the reason for the fault and rectify the issue. If we are unable to replace your faulty item, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (minus the cost of shipping). 

Return and Exchange Process

The Mondo Team will begin the return or exchange process through our website. Once ready, we will send an email confirming the exchange process has begun. You will then receive a shipping label to your email with all the necessary information.

All you have to do is package the item, print out the label, and attach it to the package. Once done, simply drop it off to your nearest UPS store, Post Office, ICS Courier or or other carrier identified by the Mondo Team, and let them know you are sending out a package with a return label already attached (the company will scan and ship).

Once we receive the package and ensure all the policies are met, we will either:

- Send you an invoice for the cost of shipping labels prior to sending out the new item

- Process a refund to your original payment method which will be received within 5-7 business days (minus shipping costs).

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping labels expire. Once you receive a return label, you are obligated to use the label within 5 days. If your label expires, you will need to receive a new label and will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Mondo The Label is unable to accept exchanges from international customers. We are only able to accept a return and refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the cost of shipping which is to be communicated to the customer). If a new item is needed, a new order must be placed.
