Returns and Refunds
Mondo The Label happily accepts returns. You may return your items for a refund so long as the policies are respected and met, and the return is requested 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items that will be accepted for returns must be unwashed, unworn, and have tags attached. Any signs of wear including stains, makeup and deodorant markings, scents, or clear signs of washing will not be accepted.
Customers are strongly advised to review the sizing chart and place their orders accordingly. Further, customers are expected to adhere to the washing instructions mentioned on garment labels – items that have “shrunk” or been damaged by washing will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure policies are respected and met. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
*NOTE: Return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
Faulty Items
If you suspect an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please e-mail us at info@mondothelabel.com within 3 days of receiving your item. We'll do our best to understand the reason for the fault and rectify the issue. If we are unable to replace your faulty item, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (minus the cost of shipping).
